We take great care to grade activities into 5 levels of activity to help you decide whether you will be medically and physically able to take part. This is based on what an adult would reasonably be capable of doing. Where packages include activities of varying levels of activity required we have used the activity which requires the most activity. Some packages can be adapted to accommodate some customers. For people with limited or impaired mobility, we have indicated where the activity or location is suitable. For more information or if you are unsure please contact us.
